Order Statuses

Processing: We’ve received your order and are preparing it for production.

Completed: Your order is complete and you should have received your package. 

Printing: You’re order is now being produced and is being printed by our production staff.

Cutting: Your order has been printed and is now being cut by our production staff.

Sewing: Your order has been cut and is now being sewn by our production staff. This is the last step in production.  All orders that leave this status are checked for quality and then sent to our shipping department.

Shipped: Your order has been shipped.  You should have received an email notification with your tracking number.
