In the event a product that has been discontinued remains listed, and you have already made payment for your order, we may, at our discretion, issue store credit to you in the amount for the charge, or provide you with a full or partial refund. If the items are stock items and have yet to ship and you wish to cancel, your order also may be eligible to be refunded.
Make sure you check the accuracy of your estimate/invoice before placing your order. Any mistake on an approved invoice is the responsibility of the customer. There will be no claims on merchandise after 10 days of receipt. In the event that a mistake is made on our end we will replace the item at no charge.
Redos will be done if there was a mistake on behalf of S&L. If there was a production error (tear, rip, holes, ink blotches), please take a picture and send it to [email protected] as soon as you receive the order.
Normal production is an estimated 3 weeks. Estimated means an order can be done sooner or may take a few days later in the case of fixes which occurred during production.
Rush Production Options:
- 1 week rush (5 Business Days) = 40% upcharge of the subtotal
- 2 week rush (10 Business Days) = 30% upcharge of the subtotal
- 3 week guarantee (15 Business Days) = 20% upcharge of the subtotal
